**Position**: Senior, or Principal, Analytics Solutions Engineer (Remote)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM MST

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with customers and teammates to understand, interpret, and document business needs and requirements for data analytics projects.
- Utilize Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, dbt, Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift, SQL, Python and other tools to create insightful, well-designed, and responsive analytics datasets, warehouses and data project outcomes based on customer requirements.
- Ensuring the accuracy and usability of all customer-facing data project outputs.
- Facilitating effective data exchange in customer’s environments.




- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Evaluating business operations and uncovering the opportunities to provide more value with their data assets.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of data analytics experience (or equivalent level of competence - see below)
- Experienced in interviewing business leaders to gain an understanding of their goals, environment, circumstances, and processes to then architect solutions that focus on delivering value. Then building those solutions, validating, and documenting them.
- Proven competence in all aspects of analytics - data architecture, data engineering, business analytics, dataset and dashboard design and executive engagement.
- Proficiency in using all the tools in the modern data stack to design, develop, and optimize data projects.
- Exceptional analytical and data handling abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of data privacy practices and regulations are expected.
