Donaldson is hiring a Quality Engineer II to join our team. In this role you will support the Quality process audits and assurance quality control on process lines to guarantee our customer requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- _ Activities on SCRAP control, defective rate, 8D and root cause analysis on lines on charge._
- _ Lead kaizen improvement ideas focused on productivity and cost reduction._
- _ Coordinate, maintain and improve the quality management system (customer-oriented, support and management process)._
- _ Coordinate internal, external and customer audits, and lead the closure of non-conformities._
- _ Promote quality culture based on applicable international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)._
- _ Coordinate document control._




- _ Lead root cause analysis and action plan to respond nonconformities for IATF_
- _ Perform audits, including closing findings, creating results reports, and determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions._
- _ Coordinate incoming inspection area._

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field
- 3 years of Quality Engineering experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English (able to maintain conversation).
- Lead auditor (desired)
Preferred Qualifications: (_Max bullets per section 10_)
- Certified ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 auditor.
- Core Tools knowledge.
- Experience on metrology (GD&T;, Metrology training).
- LEAN/Six Sigma knowledge.
- Problem solving training (8D, DMAIC, PDCA, A3).
