As a Machining Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing machining processes for the production of high-quality components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of machining processes, improve productivity, and achieve cost and quality targets. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and optimize machining processes for the production of high-quality components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of machining processes
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality




- Monitor and troubleshoot machining equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new machining processes and technologies
- Participate in the design and development of tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining engineering or related role
- Proficiency in machining processes and technologies, such as turning, milling, and grinding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC programming
- Experience with CAD software, such as NX or SolidWorks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
