**Key Responsibilities**:
- Subject matter expert in policy resolution
- Partners with other Centers of Expertise (COE’s) on changes to process surrounding payroll and other COE initiatives (Tuition Reimbursement, Roth 401k)
- Manages direct team costs and costs of third party providers (i.e. payroll tax reporting and remittance) and methods of delivery
- Manages and responds to requests from Tax and Legal around inquiries and requests for data to respond to IRS and matters of litigation
- Analyzes ambiguous problems, breaking down complex information in a systematic/communicable manner
- Makes strategic decisions and judgments/recommendations, as appropriate
**Education**:
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 3 or more years of experience (preferred)
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
**Functional Skills**:
- Project management skills
- Experience in a customer service environment




- Demonstrated ability to offer differing points of view to solutions
- Demonstrated collaboration and facilitation skills, including good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous process analysis/process consulting experience
**Compensation**
Compensation offered for this role is $0 - 1,200,000 per day and is based on experience and qualifications.
