The Enterprise Processing Support Associate III provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a variety of systems and channels to complete a wide range of assignments comprised of multiple tasks.
Job Summary: The Enterprise Processing Support Associate III provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a variety of systems and channels to complete a wide range of assignments comprised of multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Processes data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers Selects appropriate alternative tools and procedures from clearly defined options Receives and responds to an assortment of communications with internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners Validates, edits and corrects more complicated data Handles unique or complex customer interactions Identifies need for process changes and assists with creating and maintaining standard policy and procedure documentation Supervisory Responsibilities:



This job does not have supervisory duties Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years’ relevant experience Functional Skills Ability to listen and ask questions to understand needs and provide service Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences Strong communication skills in a variety of mediums
**Compensation**
Compensation offered for this role is $0 - 1,200,000 per day and is based on experience and qualifications.
