**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to develop and update the company's financial plan.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management and the board of directors.
- Monitor the company's budget and perform variance analysis.
- Create clear and concise financial reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business.
- Maintain and quantify risks and opportunities in business performance and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Improve financial rigor around decision-making, including business cases for investments and new markets and business lines.




- Identify opportunities to improve business and financial processes.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- A professional background in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies or consumer subscriptions (similar to Pray) **is required.**:
- A professional background in e-commerce (digital transactions) or investment banking **is acceptable.**:
- 3-5 years of experience working with US GAAP financial statements **is required.**:
- Experience working with financial statements (P&L;, income statements, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheets) **is required.**:
- Experience working with performance marketing **is preferred.**:
- Ability to create reports with graphs and charts using Tableau or PowerBi **(required).**:
- Advanced English (it doesn't matter if you have an accent).
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 16:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 PST).
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- US GAAP financial statements: 3 years (required)
- data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI: 3 years (preferred)
