Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Independent Contractor to join our Food & Beverage Account. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for order taking, tackling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on - all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.
- Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Displays empathic & listening Skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Preferably with 3-6 months BPO experience.
- Processor: 4 cores and 8 threads. At least iCore 3 or Ryzen 3. Memory: 8GB RAM. Storage 240GB SSD
- Connection: at least 50 mbps wired connection
- $4.5 USD Per Hour. With Monthly Internet Allowance & Monthly Performance Bonus
Minimum of 25 hours per week. Should render additional hours available on US Holidays, Special Events, Promotions, & other Peak periods when needed. Available from from 4AM PHT until 2PM PHT and will work on weekends (Fri-Sun PHT).
