We're a dynamic team looking for a Technical Research Specialist to join our ranks. This role offers a unique blend allowing you to play a key role in supporting our ecosystem and collaboration technologies while providing a good degree of flexibility.
**What You'll Do**:
- Perform administrative tasks and manage documentation.
- Gathering information from contact center providers (e.g., SOC2 compliance, GDPR policy, location, minimum seat requirements).
- Provide customer service, addressing inquiries related to technology and communication equipment.
- Analyze competitor products (e.g., earbuds) and identify relevant comparison points (weight, water resistance, warranty).
- Work with AI tools, including ChatGPT (knowledge desirable).
- Feed comparison data for IT analysis.
- Research vendors, technologies and products.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources (websites, databases, social media).
**Who We're Looking For**:

- Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI LLMs to work with data is very helpful.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Masterful with spreadsheets.
- Experience using project management tools.




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work during the UK time zone for part of the day is a plus (some overlap with 9-3 GMT working hours is a plus).
- English C2+
- Experience with AirTable and/or ClickUp is a plus but not a requirement.
