An important manufacturer of whirlpool tub accessories, located in El Aguila, is looking for a Sr. Validation and Verification Engineer (V&V; Engineer) to be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Work closely with the engineering team to identify, analyze, and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developed and executed test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software and hardware products.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify product requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects using issue-tracking systems.
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other engineering activities to ensure testability and quality.
- Develop and maintain test documentation,



including test specifications, test reports, and test matrices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance..
**Education Requirements.**
- BS degree in a related science or technology field of study
- 3+ years professional experience.
- Proven experience in software and hardware verification and validation testing
- Valid USA Visa
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience in executing tests, in documenting results and in helping to diagnose problems.
- Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog/tracking tools.
