**What We’re Looking For**
We are searching for a motivated, hard working, and analytical Digital Support Specialist to join our team. In the role of Digital Support Specialist, you will support the Digital Account Manager with the post sale relationship of our client base - consisting of small and medium sized business i.e. Law firms, Construction Companies, Accounting firms, etc.
You will assist in the long term development of our clients, creating and executing plans alongside Digital Account Managers to deliver consistent upward growth, keeping clients happy and maintaining stability.
You will assist managing the client relationship, driving success for existing clients, develop and maintain customer success plans, implementing revisions/updates to clients’ websites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with Digital Account Managers to provide daily support on tasks




- Assist in the management of the client relationship, driving success for existing clients
- Follow customer success plans, implementing revisions/updates to client’s websites
- Support on-boarding any new clients onto our platform, ensuring they have a smooth and successful launch following signup
- Work cohesively with the Digital Account Managers to uncover client needs and tie those needs to our specific set of services
**Desired Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in relevant field
- Native level English communication skills
- A proven track record within an account management role, preferably from either a Advertising, Agency, or SaaS background
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Track record of working both independently and with a team
Pay: $134.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
