We need help from a skilled team member to manage, analyze, age real estate data (thousands of records) and manage how the data is tagged, used for direct mail, cold calling used for targeted marketing campaigns. This is your chance to challenge yourself, work independently and create RESULTS!
**Responsibilities**:
Work within REISift to **procure manage and age REI data**
Align with team on parameters for monthly direct mail campaigns
Procure data (up to 20,000 records at a time) for direct mail and cold call lists
Ability to scrape data on city and county websites (build automations to accomplish this)
Analyze complex datasets to provide insights
Coordinate data pulls, manage data for targeted marketing campaigns
Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis




Ability to manage and age data out of the system for direct mail campaigns
Manage and maintain data systems
Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
**Requirements**:
Prior Real Estate Experience
Excellent organization, attention to detail and intuition
Able to speak and write English professionally
Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality,
Intrinsically motivated and solution oriented
Able to manage your time and output
Compensation:
This is a full time position of 40 hours/week
Starting salary range of $8-$10 USD/Hour
