The purpose of the Corporate Invoicing Specialist is to provide efficient and detail-oriented invoicing at both high quantity and quality, with additional responsibilities surrounding the allocation of freight invoices to the correct sale or purchase of goods. This team member will work closely with the Account Executive to ensure invoices are approved, entered, and paid in a timely manner.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Bulk Invoicing
- Quickly and accurately sort, crosscheck, and process 50-100 invoices per day.
- Flag irregular transactions for in-depth review.
Freight Allocation & Tracking
- Allocate freight costs to the correct purchase or sale associated with the load.




- Identify the correct COGS account during allocation and alert team members of any coding discrepancies.
- Assist in a detailed EOM audit of all freight transactions to ensure allocation or expense has occurred correctly.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good command of written communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in QBO and Xero
- Understanding of cost accounting
**Working Conditions**:
- The job of Corporate Accounting Specialist is performed in a work-from-home environment
- Expectation of set working hours of overlap with Eastern Standard Time
- Virtual communication is routine, so must have reliable internet connection and use of a webcam

Pay: $215.56 - $269.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
