We are currently hiring a truck dispatcher with the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or related certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a dispatching or logistics role, preferably within the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations with professionalism.
- Must be available Monday-Friday starting at 7:00AM - 4:00 PM PST
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and schedule truck routes to ensure timely for local deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers to confirm schedules and address issues on the road.
- Address logístical issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and route changes.
