**Position Summary**:
As a Waiter at EcoCat Sports Bar, you will be at the forefront of customer service, providing daily face-to-face interactions with our guests. You are responsible for offering a pleasant and consistent dining experience by serving meals, suggesting dishes, and ensuring that all guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, and ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
- Check on guests to handle additional requests and assess their needs for beverage refills or other amenities.




- Manage multiple tables at once with prompt and efficient service.
- Resolve any guest complaints quickly and courteously.
- Process bills and handle payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including setting tables and removing dishes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
