**Descripción del empleo** RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure compliance with legal shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound logistics, such as on-time delivery rates and complaint rate.
- Optimize outbound logistics processes to reduce lead times and productivity improvement.
- Supervise, and motivate warehouse employees, including shift scheduling, staff training, and conflict resolution. Promote a safe and productive work environment.
**Requisitos** QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering in general, Economics, International Trade.
- Experience: >3 years of experience in logistics industry logistics process and Lean Management Knowledge.




**COMPETENCIES**
- Experience working with unionized staff.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of Hazardous or flammable materials and special shipping requirements for each.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
- ERP (SAP), EWM (SAP)
- Advanced (Desired) Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Planner, MS Teams, Power BI)
- Intermediate Automation tools (Power BI, Kinaxis)
- Logistics quality tools knowledge such as 8Ds, 5Whys, 14 quality principles, ISO, OSHAS, OEA
