Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional in Guadalajara, Mexico. The incumbent will perform a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting department.

Responsibilities - Ensures timely and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies, and posts accounts receivable invoices into accounting system.

- Interacts with Customer Sales Representative when processing a resolution of account discrepancies.
- Process ModelN creation and update requests.
- Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims.
- Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested.
- Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts, inventory adjustment errors.
- Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance.




- Maintains accounting department files and records.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
- Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience (Must): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial/full sets.
- Knowledge (Must): SAP HANA; SAP CONCUR.
- Abilities/Qualities: 10-key by touch; strong numerical ability; proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software; attention to detail; strong organizational skills; commitment to excellence; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions; Fluent in English.
