**Requirements**:

English B2 to C1** (Conversational, ready to use!)
- ** Live in Tijuana, Ensenada, or Rosarito** (Preferred if local)
- ** Basic computer skills**:
- ** Experience in bilingual customer service** (Call center experience is a plus!)
**Work Location**: Rio Tijuana
**Working Hours**: The schedule will be assigned during the interview. Here are some examples of shifts:
- **
Monday to Thursday**: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, **Friday**: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- ** Monday to Thursday**: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, **Friday**: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
