We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition for a fast-growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. The idóneo candidate has recent experience managing advertising for U.S. brands and a proven ability to optimize campaigns that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Develop, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads.
- Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalikes.
- Execute creative, copy and landing page A/B tests.
- Monitor budgets and maximize ROAS.
- Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.




- Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies (mandatory).
- Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands (mandatory).
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing performance budgets and optimizing ROAS, CPA and CAC.
- Excellent analytical skills and English communication.

Preferred Skills:

- Shopify experience.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of CRO and attribution models.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks for DTC brands.
