In brief, you will be responsible for:

- Executes Short, medium & long-term replenishment strategies for assigned materials while optimizing the

- balance between supply availability and inventory investment.

- Works cross functionally with Marketing, Procurement, R&D;, Suppliers, Quality and Finance teams on

- commercializing Material change management initiatives, ensuring material availability

- Supports inventory reduction initiatives entailing optimization of SAP MRP parameters, total supply chain

- process improvement, and application of lean principles.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to align supply

- chain activities.

- Analyze and optimize MRP processes, identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

- Determines supplier capacity constraints and executes appropriate contingency plans to maintain supply when

- capacity is exceeded





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field

- 2+ Years Supply Chain/Materials Planning experience preferably within FMCG

- Strong knowledge of S&OP;, Supply and Material Planning principles

- Proficiency in Supply Chain & Supply Chain Planning software & tools preferred (OMP, Kinaxis, and SAP APO)

- Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
