APS Engineer

What you’ll do:

Follow up on the general issues of the area, suggestion systems, special projects, visits, measurable, APS trainings. Execute the activities programmed in the APS Roadmap to achieve the "Gold" result. Organize and guide the creation of workshops on the site. Train and track the 5Ss throughout the site. Train and follow up on Target Conditions. Support in the activities of the "Assessment APS" Participation and orientation in the various "APS Committee" Provide training and support in the use of Leading 2 Lean. Promoting, following up, closing and awarding workshops, as well as ensuring compliance with the system. Promote, manage, and ensure the implementation and closure of the ideas improvement system. Follow up on the jidokas process according to the standard. Plan, manage the APS resources for the development of training events. Act as facilitator and developer of APS materials, sometimes participating in the APS university and academy on the site. Participate in the APS convention as a facilitator, developer of objectives or topics of APS. Support in relation to plant tours,



visits from suppliers, governmental and / or educational institutions.

What is required:

Education: Industrial Engineer or similar. Experience: 2 years in similar position

Knowledges/Skills: Lean Manufacturing (Certificate),

APS University, Cultivate Innovation, Engage & Inspire Others, Develop People, Drive Collaboration and Problem Solving.

Language: Fluent English
