In this role, you'll play a key part in executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. You'll be involved in creating compelling content, coordinating events, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:Brand Development**
- Ensure a consistent brand identity across all materials and touchpoints.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand recognition.
- Coordinate and deliver branded gifts, packages, and materials.
**Content Planning & Creation**
- Develop monthly content guidelines and coordinate the copywriting team.
- Produce a biweekly newsletter and create social media performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling, on-brand materials.
**Event Coordination**
- Plan, coordinate,



and execute events to promote the organization’s brand.
- Handle logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
**Promotional Materials**
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
**Market Research**
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 6+ months of professional experience in a similar role (internship or entry-level position).
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in planning and executing events from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- International experience is a plus.
