Execute steel building project contract including cost control, schedule coordination, material procurement etc.
- Government liaison to get the construction related license/permits.
- Logistics management and coordination with freight forwarder, including ocean freight, custom clearance, inland transportation.
- Construction site management.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- project manager: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- Spanish and English (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
