EPAM's Workforce Experience consulting team is looking to hire a **Lead Technical Writer (Instructional Design)**to their ranks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop and write content for user support articles and educational programs
- Develop video scripts and generate content for knowledge bases and training documents
- Employ authoring tools in the design and development of eLearning modules, online courses, facilitator guides, and instructional presentations
- Edit, proofread, and maintain the professional standards of all outputs and products
- Execute QA reviews to make continuous process enhancements
- Engage in ongoing communication with client stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and internal EPAM teams during the development phase
- Build solid relationships with both clients and internal teams to maximize the use of tools and resources
- Refresh, revise, and generate new content in cooperation with clients and explore new content creation avenues
- Oversee projects from start to finish, guaranteeing high-quality solutions while directing project specifications, design, development, and implementation
- Assume full accountability for project outcomes and manage stakeholder contributions to deliver exceptional solutions
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of experience in creating content for varied channels like help centers, knowledge bases, technical scripts, web content, videos, and instructional design
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in processing, analyzing, and reorganizing substantial data volumes
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting technical content specifically for Knowledge Bases and Help Centers




- Ability to write dynamic and engaging copy for technical or conceptual matter
- Familiarity with various instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Understanding of visual design and experience design principles
- Ability to work flexibly both as an individual and within a team context
- Proven reliability, focused on responsiveness and client-centered solutions
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and handle several projects at once
- C2 level fluency in English communication skills
