We are seeking a **Senior Technical Writer (Instructional Design)**to join our Workforce Experience consulting team at EPAM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop and author content for user support articles and educational initiatives
- Craft scripts for videos and write content for knowledge bases and training materials
- Utilize authoring tools for designing and developing eLearning modules, online courses, facilitator guides, and instructional decks
- Edit, proofread, and ensure the professional quality of all deliverables and products
- Conduct QA reviews to continuously improve processes
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and internal EPAM teams throughout the development process
- Develop strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to effectively use tools and resources
- Enhance, edit, and repurpose legacy content in collaboration with clients and identify new content development opportunities
- Manage projects from inception to closure, ensuring high-quality solutions while handling project requirements, design, development, implementation, and closure
- Take full responsibility for project delivery and govern stakeholder delivery to ensure top-notch solutions
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years of experience writing for diverse channels including help centers, knowledge bases, technical scripts, web content, videos, and instructional design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in processing, analyzing, and restructuring large volumes of information
- Proven experience in writing technical content specifically for Knowledge Bases and Help Centers
- Dynamic and engaging writing style capable of bringing technical or conceptual content to life




- Familiarity with various instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Understanding of visual design and experience design
- Versátil working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Demonstrated reliability, with a focus on responsiveness and client-centered solutions
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English communication skills at a C2 level
