We are seeking a committed **Senior 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer** to become a part of our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address software issues and provide 3rd line support using MuleSoft
- Conduct customer interviews to obtain requirements
- Participate in project discussions to outline solutions and deliverables
- Cooperate on designing and executing system improvements
- Conduct tests and debug to uphold code quality
- Write technical specifications and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and MuleSoft updates
- Support development tasks when not occupied with support responsibilities
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficiency in MuleSoft and Anypoint Platform
- 3 years’ experience focusing on 3rd line support
- Capability to diagnose and resolve software problems efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
- Fluent English communication skills, minimum B2+ level
