**Executive Assistant**
**Job Title**: Executive Assistant
**Job Type**: Full-Time (Independent Contractor)
**Reports To**: CEO
**Direct Reports**: None
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. As the right-hand to the CEO, you will handle a wide variety of tasks that require strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily focus on inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, SOP organization, and overall administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Calendar Management**: Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring alignment with priorities, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **SOP Development/Organization**: Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team, ensuring clarity and consistency in processes.
- **Travel/Trade Show Management**: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics, for the CEO and possibly for team members attending trade shows and other events.
**Qualifications/RequirementsHard Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)



certification is a plus.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month

**Work Schedule**
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
