RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure that software meets quality standards.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on defects discovered during testing.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and project support teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth software deployments.
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues reported by customers or internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
**REQUIREMENTS**:




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Experience in software development and testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in data migration testing and knowledge of db tools
- Knowledge of performance and security testing is desirable.
