**Key Responsibilities**:
- Regularly review and adjust property pricing to maximize occupancy, revenue, and competitiveness.
- Ensure property descriptions, imagery, and features are compelling, accurate, and aligned with Wander’s luxury brand identity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align OTA campaigns with broader strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics to implement pricing and promotional strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Regularly audit and update listings to maintain a fresh, engaging, and competitive presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Stay informed on industry trends to keep Wander ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
- Expertise in pricing management and familiarity with revenue management practices.
- Familiarity with OTA management tools, channel managers, and property management systems.
- Exceptional eye for storytelling, with experience creating and managing visually compelling content.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience negotiating with OTA account managers.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
