Job profile:
1. English skills (business) 70% minimum
2. IATF16949 knowledge
3. Experience with customer communication, project management knowledge, durability test, PFEMA
4. Knowledge on VA/VE, engineering drawings, Product Lifecycle Management
5. Conflict management & resolution experience
6. Minimum 1 year of experience on ERP (must be ERP user, Microsoft D365 experience is a plus
7. Bachelor degree any engineering field
8. KPI execution
9. At least 2 years of experience in projects administration.
Responsibilities:
- Meet Project Management KPIs as per Corporate guidelines




- New product launch process lead at plant level
- Support engineering change management
- Create and maintain documentation according to IATF16949 requirements
- Train personnel in project management processes as needed
- Participate and support Application Engineering, Sales, and others with new product launch concepts and drawings
- Proactive communication among different areas who participate in project management processes
- Implement engineering change management considering continuous improvement focus
- Participate in process audits (Customer, IATF16949, etc.)
