Junior Project Manager - Airport Infrastructure Projects
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience in
construction projects to support airport infrastructure initiatives. This role is adecuado for
someone who has worked in the construction industry, is eager to grow in project
management, and is looking to gain hands-on experience with capital projects
(CAPEX) in an airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Support & Coordination:
- Assist senior project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and
budgets.
- Help track project milestones and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Support communication with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
2. Bidding & Contractor Coordination:
- Assist in preparing project documents, RFPs, and bid evaluations.
- Help review contractor proposals and compare pricing, timelines, and
compliance requirements.
- Provide support in pre-qualification and coordination with construction
vendors.
3. Construction Oversight & Reporting:
- Support monitoring of construction progress, contractor performance,
and adherence to safety regulations.
- Assist with site visits, progress tracking, and status reporting.




- Help identify and address project risks or potential delays.
4. Budget & Cost Tracking:
- Assist in tracking project costs, reviewing invoices, and ensuring
accurate financial documentation.
- Support cost analysis and budget updates as needed.
Qualifications:
CBRT- -CONSTR-PM
- 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination, ideally within
CAPEX projects or infrastructure development.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore,
Excel, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and permitting processes.
- Ability to collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
