Short term Master Production Schedule follow up
Inductions Planning and control based on the Sales and Operations Plan objectives.
Risk Analysis (Capacity/Capablities) of the repair workscopes requirements.
**Description compl�mentaire**:
Pre-Induction milestones control and follow up.
Identification, attention and follow up of Induction Blocking Points.
Identify and analyze capability risks on the workscopes requirements to alert and coordinate initial plans to secure the TAT.
Alignement with Production and Control Planning team to analyze and identify risks about WIP Load/Capacity.
Coordinate with Planning and Control Planning team the pre-induction preservation requirements to integrate them on the Internal Production Plan.
Analyze and Stablish Induction priorities.
Aligne and comunícate blocking points, priorities and oportunities about the allocation engines throw the Inductions Schedule with Network Planning team.
Ensure compliance with quarterly objectives based on the objectives established by the Master Production Scheduler in accordance with the annual Sales and Operations Plan
Report deviations and executed actions against the Inductions risks to Master Production Schedule.
Analyze deviations root causes in the pre-induction process to detonate/request corrective actions.
