__Client Overview__
Client Project Objectives
**1. Complete Transition to Blazor**: Re-write the existing front-end in the Blazor framework, ensuring feature parity with the current system.
**3. Maintain High Code Quality Standards**: Deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code using best practices.
Key Scope of Work
This project is exclusively focused on front-end development. The existing in-house team will handle all backend development and integration. You will only work on front-end code and will collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless connectivity between the front-end and back-end systems. This limited scope simplifies the work, allowing you to focus solely on front-end tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute 90% of your time coding, while supporting your team for the remaining 10%.
- Lead by example with best coding practices, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of projects.
- Commit code daily, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Skill Set
We are strictly looking for senior-level front-end engineers with proven expertise in the following areas:
- Blazor Framework: Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly).
- JavaScript and TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in writing efficient and modular JavaScript/TypeScript code.
- Front-End Development: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Component Design: Experience building reusable, modular components using Blazor.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work in distributed teams using tools like Asana, Jira, and Slack.
