**Logistics Coordinator**

As a **Logistics Coordinator**, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the deliveries of liquid and bulk cargo for various customer. This involves coordinating with transport carrier to achieve a Perfect Order rate of 98%. Additionally, they are responsible for coordinating the documentation area of the Tlalnepantla Plant and two transfer stations
**Your role will be**:
- Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Inventory Management: Organizing and managing inventory, and transportation.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinating transportation providers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Cost Monitoring: Tracking shipment costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- Transportation Coordination: Arranging and monitoring the transportation of goods, including selecting carriers and negotiating rates.
- Documentation and Compliance: Preparing and maintaining shipping documents,



and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

**Your profile needs**these qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Logistics Operations: At least 2-4 years of experience in coordinating logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
- Proficiency with SAP.
- English communication skills.
