The Export Ocean Freight Forwarder is to ensure the efficient and timely transportation of goods from the point of origin to international destinations. This role involves negotiating rates, planning and tracking shipments, arranging necessary documentation for customs clearance, coordinating with warehouse staff, and maintaining communication with customers. The Export Ocean Freight Forwarder is responsible for resolving any issues or delays, ensuring compliance with trade regulations,



and maintaining accurate records. Ultimately, the goal is to provide a smooth and reliable export process, ensuring that goods arrive at their destinations safely and on schedule.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., CargoWise)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ocean Freight Forwarding Experience
