We are looking for a **Night Front Desk Receptionist** to join our team at _The Red Tree House_, a boutique hotel with a warm and personalized approach to hospitality. This position is ideal for an organized, responsible individual with excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
- Manage reservations and payments accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and requests during the night shift.
- Ensure hotel security and guest safety during the night.
- Support administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments.
**Requirements**:
- **English** (a must, as we host a large number of international guests).
- Previous experience in reception, customer service,



or a similar role.
- Availability to work **Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts**.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems independently.
