**The Specific Roles for the Outbound Sales Representative Position are**:




- Being the first point of contact for new business prospects, through cold calling via the telephone.
- Checking in with prospects who missed their scheduled consultation.
- Rescheduling demos with clients who didn’t show for their previously scheduled time.
- Identifying key decision-makers within these prospects.
- Updating GymMembersNow sales tools with up-to-date information.
- Building your skill as a salesperson to be an exceptional Outbound Sales Representative.
**Qualifications**
- You want to create a long-term career inside of a company that is centered around culture.
- You enjoy and have the grit/work ethic to make 250 outbound calls per day.
- You have at least 1 year experience being a Outbound Sales Representative.
- You want to be a part of a company that provides our clients a phenomenal service and ROI.
- You have demonstrated an ability to work independently as well as being a productive and supportive team member.
- You have a great wifi connection.
- You have some type of experience and knowledge with the Health/Fitness/Gym.
- High-quality noise-canceling headset for talking on the phone.
