**Responsibilities**




- Participate in the planning and development of new features
- Maintain and improve existing functionality
- Participate in architectural discussions around new development and optimization of existing parts of the system
- Support customer facing teams with any technical issues reported by the clients
- Perform code reviews and advocate for code cleanliness and best practices.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience working with Scala or Java
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with relational databases, version control tools, and of developing web services
- Knowledge of using monitoring tools like Datadog is a plus
- Experience with Play Framework is a plus
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Pay Range: 71,000 - 80,000 MXN / Monthly
