**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Facilitate, develop, and analyze Key Performance Metrics (KPI’s).
Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and then effectively communicate the solutions, costs, and business case for addressing them.
Work closely with external and internal stakeholders, and technical and business groups to share resources, best practices, and articulate needs to achieve objectives and develop better solutions.
Assist with overseeing the tactical buyer functions to ensure that commodity management plans are successfully implemented by buyers.
Manage both tactical and strategic buying functions on critical components or higher risk supply situations as they are identified.
Provide support in evaluating the total cost of procurement opportunities by assisting Engineering and the Purchasing Department with costs related to duties, transit, safety stock, and quality.
Analyze data,



manage benchmarking and reporting, including presenting them in both quantitative and qualitative formats.
Facilitate reports, metrics, and analysis to show activity and effectiveness of operations to planned supply/demand.
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
Minimum Five (5) years of experience Operations or Supply Chain organization, preferably within the manufacturing environment.
**SKILLS**
Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write queries and extract data through databases and strong excel and analytical skills.
Experience with MS Visio (Process Flow Software), ERP/MRP Systems, MS Access preferable.
**SALARY & BENEFITS**:
Salario mensual nominal: $27,000 - $30,000
