**Short Description**:
We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist plays an integral role on the client team by executing calendar campaigns and flow work accurately and proactively on several Retention Marketing clients.

**Responsibilities**:
- Additionally, you will also support the Retention Marketing Account Manager in reporting tasks.
- You’ll be hands on in the ESP to build automated workflows (drip campaigns), QA their logic, build segmentation, etc.




**Qualifications**:
- ESP experience (Klaviyo required)
- HTML experience preferred but not required, must have experience in using ESP WYSIWYG template editors
- Shopify experience preferred, working with apps such as Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, Privy, etc.
- SMS experience preferred, using Klaviyo, PostScript, or Attentive.
- Has exceptional content writing skills, can come to the table with creative content ideas for our clients, and adapt their writing style to a client’s tone of voice and style.
- Can easily create segmented lists.
- Is driven and looking to grow at a fast-paced company.
