**Mission**:
As the AtR Manager for US and Canada, you will be responsible for managing the provision of quality accounting and reporting (AtR) services in accordance with the "Best Possible Process" and The Epiroc Way. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive process improvements, lead a high-performing team, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Quality Management: Oversee the provision of high-quality AtR services, ensuring compliance with the "Best Possible Process" and The Epiroc Way.
Process Improvement: Promote and implement improvements in AtR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Manage the accounting process in close collaboration with local controllers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the AtR team to achieve maximum performance and professional growth.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes and ways of working using agile methodologies, digitization, and robotic process automation to achieve greater efficiency.
Project Promotion: Promote and support projects for the AtR Regional Center of Excellence team to drive innovation and improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trends and enhance performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization.
Procedure Adherence:



Ensure that agreed procedures are upheld and adhered to within the team to maintain consistency and compliance.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
Proven experience in accounting and reporting, with a strong understanding of AtR processes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with local controllers and global stakeholders.
Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Proficiency in digitization and robotic process automation tools to drive efficiency.
Strong analytical skills to monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
