**Job Summary**:
TCS Mexico is looking for a highly capable **ServiceNow Developer/Admin** to manage, enhance, and extend the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs. This role involves both development and administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient ITSM processes, platform stability, and user satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer core modules**:Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog**.
- Implement integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs** with third-party systems.
- Maintain user roles, groups, and access controls (ACLs).
- Perform upgrades, patches, and general platform maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Document development efforts and provide user training/support.
**Required Skills**:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in **ServiceNow development and administration**.




- Proficient in **JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts**.
- Experience with **ServiceNow Studio**, **Flow Designer**, and **Scoped Applications**.
- Good understanding of **ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks**.
- Strong experience in **platform customization and performance optimization**.
- Integration expertise using **REST, SOAP**, and **MID servers**.
**Preferred Skills**:
- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** - highly preferred.
- Experience with **ITOM, HRSD, GRC**, or **Service Portal** - nice to have.
- Familiarity with **Agile or Scrum methodologies**.
- Bilingual in **Spanish and English** - preferred.
