**General Responsibilities**:
Provide support in the implementation and follow-up of educational programs in the region, collaborating on operational and logístical tasks to ensure the success of virtual and in-person events. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizing and managing educational events.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on the calendar of virtual and in-person educational events.
- Assist in configuring and using virtual platforms for educational events.
- Conduct tests and rehearsals with speakers to ensure proper handling of digital platforms.
- Review speakers' materials and presentations to ensure compliance with established formats and guidelines.
- Provide logístical follow-up for speakers.
- Manage databases related to educational programs.
- Create informational documents or infographics for attendees and speakers.
- Collaborate on the technical and logístical requirements of educational events (virtual or in-person).
- Act as a moderator for educational sessions as needed.
- Prepare satisfaction surveys and basic reports on events for analysis.
- Address basic inquiries from members and non-members regarding educational programs.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in education, communication, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with the attractions and/or association/non-profit industry preferred.
- Basic experience in educational events and/or logistics.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing).
- Goal oriented and customer service skills.
- Proactive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.
