As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our operations in Toluca and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
**What you´ll do**:
- Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor a cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with supply chain, R&D;, and commercial teams to meet production and customer demands.
- Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and capital improvement projects.
**What makes you a good fit**:
- Professional in Engineering careers or similar.




- Minimum 10 years of experience leading manufacturing processes in multinational companies.
- Experience in Food, Beverage, Mass Consumption, Pharmaceutical or Beauty companies.
- Experience in Operation and Maintenance in amnufacturing plants.
- Advanced English is needed (most interviews will be in english).
