**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture and ensure its alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team in the implementation of MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for MDM projects.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of master data through effective data governance practices.
- Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of MDM processes to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues and incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MDM technologies and incorporate them into the architecture.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation and training materials for end-users and support teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM practices and processes within the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Reltio MDM.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing MDM solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of data governance and data management principles.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
