The Infotainment Systems Requirements Engineer can work either in physical engineering or a software engineering project; identifying specific deliverables and demands of a project, especially the specifications, timeline, and budget assignment. They work on documents such as the terms of references, project management briefs, and project design. To be able to accomplish these tasks, a requirements engineer needs to have a good grasp of technical writing and translating clients' needs into a working document.
**Responsibilities**:




- Develop software/ hardware improvement and diagnosis of infotainment and connected systems
- Perform software and/or hardware analysis
- Prepare action plans to keep programs on track in developed timelines
- Find issues; root cause; and solve
- Interface with vehicle teams, HMI, validation, requirement leads, technical specialists
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Infotainment Systems Engineering
- Knowledge of Requirements Documentation and Definition
- Knowledge of Validation practices
- Knowledge of Quality Methods and tools
- Knowledge of vehicle system architecture
- Knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet/Wifi and telecommunications protocols is a plus
- Knowledge with CAN (Canoe) bus is a plus
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
