**Responsibilities**:
- **Assist with prospect research and identify new potential leads through digital channels.**:
- **Follow up with existing prospects to maintain engagement and advance them through the sales pipeline.**:
- **Track and organize prospect data, ensuring accurate documentation of communications, follow-ups, and statuses in CRM or other tools.**:
- **Work closely with the team to develop effective outreach strategies and tailored messages for different prospects.**:
- **Assist with preparing and sending proposals, additional materials, or content to prospects when needed.**:
- **Provide regular updates on your outreach efforts, results, and insights to help refine strategies.**:
- **Other duties as assigned, related to sales, marketing, or administrative tasks.**
