**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and administrate manufacturing processes for the first units that are developed in the Plant.
- Impact analysis of the demand and planning schedules in order to procure the production and client deliveries (from a manufacturing perspective).
- Material coverage follow-up in conjunction with Planning and Purchasing teams.
- Generation and sustaining of critical Change Orders dashboards to identify, communicate and escalate engineering changes that have major impact in the products.
- Schedule and coordinate FAIs Kick Off Meetings for alignment and production requirements.
- Creation and sustaining of the production lines decoders for main assemblies of the finished goods.




- Improvement projects development for the optimization and strengthening of manufacturing processes.Configuration and modification of the part number attributes that are used in the Plant.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing processes
- Intermediate-Advanced English level
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Remarkable communication and management abilities
- Prioritization and urgency senseLeadership
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A master's degree may be preferred.
- Macros expertise
- Project Management experience
**TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED**
- 10% travel to different office or plants locations, workshops, or conferences may be necessary.
