**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Provide expertise in deep learning methodologies to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Design and implement data pipelines to support machine learning workflows.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of models.
- Develop and maintain Python code for data manipulation model training and evaluation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning NLP and deep learning to continuously improve our solutions.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the scalability and performance of data science solutions.
- Contribute to the development of data science strategies and roadmaps to align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all data science activities.
**Qualifications**:




- Must have strong experience in machine learning natural language processing deep learning and Python.
- Any experience with one or more GenerativeAI/GenAI project is an added advantage
- Should have a solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
- Must be proficient in developing and implementing data pipelines.
- Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior data scientists.
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Should have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Should have a good understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
- Must be able to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
- Should have experience in developing data science strategies and roadmaps.
