**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Implement changes and optimizations to enhance overall production performance.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) to streamline production processes.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and specifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to production personnel on new processes, equipment, and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the manufacturing team.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve production issues and challenges in a timely manner. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations in the manufacturing environment. Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:



Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of manufacturing processes with overall business objectives.Project Management: Lead or participate in manufacturing-related projects, from conception to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.2 -4 years of experience

- The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.

- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
**TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED**
