**Requirements**:
- Chemical engineering or career at the end.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in personnel management (essential)
- Process control, good manufacturing practices
- NOMs use of personal protective equipment,
- Good documentation practices
- Experience in chemical industry or chemical material handling
- Experience with ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of maintenance of productive equipment.
- English conversation and written advanced level
- **Objective**:
- Supervises operational personnel, manufacturing and conditioning processes based on established procedures and good manufacturing practices in order to meet production programs and goals.
- Operational Troubleshooting
- Streamline operational processes.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the operational areas (5s)
- Promote safety rules to operational personnel
- Inventory Management of Raw Materials (PM) and Materials in Process (WIP)
- **Job Functions**:
- Coordinate and organize daily production activities and personnel in charge in order to obtain products with established specifications in a standard time and with quality according to specifications.




- Perform/supervise product sampling in the different stages of the production process where an evaluation is applied to verify that the product meets the established quality standards and generate documented evidence.
- Supervise compliance with the required documentation, log logs, orders, product identification, manufacturing procedures and cleaning of the areas to maintain clear and traceable information on the activities carried out in each manufactured batch.
- Train the personnel of the assigned area during the execution of processes in order to have the personnel suitable for their work functions and future development.
- Carry out the start-up of the production lines once the quality has carried out the material analysis and validated the processes in order to comply with the manufacturing plan.
- Perform the daily report in the manufacturing date and time record in ERP and Excel system to maintain control of production times.
- Carry out inventories of raw materials and finished products
- Conduct daily safety tours
- Preparation and improvement of operational SOPs and/or production logs
